手术之后不知道为什么还有broadbased 突出了 以前没有 是怎么回事
L4-L5 degeneration of the disc with loss of T2 signal and mild loss of disc height.
2 mm broad-based disc bulge with superimposed far left lateral disc protrusion which contacts and displaces the exiting left L4 nerve root. There is focal T2 hyperintensity within the protrusion disc material suggesting annular degeneration. There is moderate to severe narrowing of the left neural foramen. There is indentation of the ventral thecal sac with no canal stenosis. There is moderate degeneration of the left greater than right facet joint. Mild narrowing of the right neural foramen
L5-S1, as mentioned above, there are post surgical changes on the left from hemilaminectomy and microdiscectomy. There is persistent 3 mm left preforaminal broad-based disc protrusion which displaces the proximal transiting left S1 nerve root posteriorly. The left S1 nerve root appears thickend compared to the right. There is no canal stenosis. There is mild to mdoerate degeneration of both facet joints. Moderate narrowing of the left neural foramen and mild narrowing of the right neural foramen. |
