i我右脚3个脚趾麻木，抬腿没有问题，l5s1，椎管局部狭窄

急性期，疼了两天，就不怎么疼了。随后，左大腿后侧左脚麻木，左脚外侧麻木，左脚前掌无力，掂不起脚尖，CT检查腰脱12.7毫米。
看了六位医生，五位让手术，只有一位亲戚医生让先保守治疗。
一个月了，麻木症状轻了，左脚外侧麻木，左脚前掌无力，掂不起脚尖，仍然没好转。
手术不手术，让我彻夜难眠。

做了十天的小燕飞，和拱桥。开始左腿疼，做一会就好些。

12.7mm是不是有点太多了，我是右后突出，核磁报告上没写多少，但是按比例看至少有8mm，急性期疼了3天后，在床上躺了1个月，然后到医院挂水、推拿、理疗半个月，现在差不多好了。

我们俩情况差不多，左屁股疼，不能坐，小腿和脚面麻木无力，椎管狭窄。当初我也是有了手术的想法，但看了很多帖子就决定先保守治疗4-6个月，现在已经3个月过去了，疼痛和麻木已经恢复差不多80%了。所以说能不手术就不手术

谢谢回复，活血汤药是去医院配的吗?中药导药我已经在准备了，等再躺几天我开始锻炼，现在还不太敢动，怕又痛起来，这次爆发已经28天了，现在症状脚指侧面脚掌麻木，屁股还有点酸痛，小腿肚子也有点酸痛

请注意自己的症状是否是足下垂。而且一般是否手术一般保守三个月无法解除症状就要考虑手术了

没有足下垂。仍是，前脚掌无力，点脚尖站不起来。
