Axial imaging confirms the presence of a moderately large right-sided para central disc protrusion causing canal stenosis and some encroachment on the exiting right nerve root at L4-5. L4-5. L5- S1 disc is normal. Tiny annular tear is seen at L3-4.
Conclusion :moderately large right- sided para central disc protrusion at L4-5. Small annular tear at L3-4.
