长征好像没有国产钉子，你最好和长征的医生确认一下。
我总费用11万，医保后自负了8万。

挺奇怪的，长征是有的要拆有的不要，坛子里很多帖子写长征医院的手术事，有人要拆有人不要。

我也是双突，不过是L4-5，L5-S1，医生说要一起做掉，总费用大约8万多，自费2-3万。小地方比上海可能要便宜些，这边和长征医院是合作医院，可以自费找长征医院的主刀手来本医院手术，费用很高。

好久没来，汇报一下近况，今天是术后两个月零五天。
一直再向好的方向发展，每天就是躺躺走走，活动时间每天有六七个小时，小区快步走每天30分钟，直抬腿，拱桥，空中蹬自行车等每天还在坚持做，数量以当天的感觉而定。
前期的腿疼屁股疼啥的都消失了，但是小腿正面麻木感还在，神经恢复的时间真的是很长，我都做好恢复不了的准备了，反正不影响啥。
术前右腿已经有跛行症状，再加上长期卧床，刚下地时右腿的力量明显逊于左腿，走路一段时间之后力气恢复了一些，走路已没有啥明显感觉，但是在发力时还能感觉到右腿有差距，所以最近两天在练习靠墙下蹲站起，增加腿部力量，效果明显，双腿肌肉有明显酸乏。
另外，因为是植骨融合术，所以腰部硬、板的感觉一直在，震动或者姿势不对也会引发瞬间的疼痛，但是你会觉得总体上是越来越好，目前比较不方便的是没法弯腰，所以像穿鞋穿裤子都需要人帮忙。

我现在是手术后2年复发，现在医生要求再做要融合，想想手术后那6个小时怎么过啊，受不了，躺着难受啊，你怎么过来的，有没有好方法。

前面有记录，六个小时有啥不好过的，你又是过来人，最难过的大小便肯定没问题，其他的就搞个平板电脑上上网聊聊天吧，过的很快。
